The ZooMontana Guest Services Attendant position provides support and exemplary customer service for ZooMontana’s front facing Guest Services. The Guest Services Attendant is responsible for supporting guest service functions and activities in accordance with the Zoo’s mission, philosophy, objectives and goals as established by the organizational policies.

Part Time Guest Services Attendant
ZooMontana is seeking a part time guest services attendant. This position is responsible for welcoming guests, selling Zoo admissions, memberships and retail merchandise, as well as cleaning of the Zoo’s main building, including public restrooms, and helping to administer birthday parties. Admissions staff give guests their first impression of ZooMontana, meaning excellent guest service skills are a must. Individual must be willing to work in a fun, high paced environment. Previous point of sale and/or customer service experience a plus. These are the perfect positions for a student or someone looking to make a little extra cash in a fun environment.

Full Time Educator - (Click for full Job Description)
The ZooMontana Educator position develops formal, informal, and interpretive educational programs and materials; as well as coordinates and facilitates educational programs. Additionally, this position actively participates in animal handling and supports the development of ZooMontana’s Ambassador Animal program.
