Invasive Species Action Network Aquatic Pet Rehoming Event

Do you have a pet that you are no longer able to care for? Don’t release it – rehome it! Release often results in undue harm to the pet and is never the right choice. Rehoming unwanted pets prevents non-native and prohibited species from being released into Montana’s waterways and negatively impacting our native species.

Invasive Species Action Network is hosting an Aquatic Pet Rehoming Event with ZooMontana in Billings on Saturday, October 12th at the Outdoor Pavilion. Pet fish, turtles, frogs, and aquatic plants will be accepted for rehoming. Non-aquatic, venomous, or waterfowl species will not be accepted at this event.
