Lead North America Keeper

Nancy has been at the Zoo since 2013 and is the lead in our North America section. She thinks all animals are "just precious" and is always quick to throw out a great joke. In fact, we can always expect her comedic antics to cheer us up when it's most needed. She loves the Zoo because she's a sucker for fluffy butts and furry faces.
