ZooBrews: Montana Raptor Conservation Center
Saturday, April 9, 2026; 5:15 p.m. - 6:15 p.m.
Saturday, May 9th, is World Migratory Bird Day, and we are celebrating all weekend long! Join us on Saturday, May 9th, at Meadowlark Brewing for a conservation talk by the Montana Raptor Conservation Center.
Since 1988, the Montana Raptor Conservation Center has been dedicated to improving the welfare of wild raptors through the rehabilitation of injured birds, community education, and partnerships for raptor conservation and research. As one of only a handful of facilities in Montana permitted to rehabilitate raptors such as hawks, owls and eagles, MRCC responds to hundreds of calls per year for birds subject to collisions, entanglements, lead poisoning, and more.
Come grab a drink and meet Keaton Thomas, Director of Education at MRCC, as well as one of their resident raptors who now serves as an educational ambassador due to injuries that make them unable to be released into the wild. Keaton will talk about Montana's raptors, the Conservation Center's rehabilitation and release work, and the biggest challenges facing raptors today.
Event Date/Time: Saturday, May 9th 5:15-6:15 p.m.
Location: Meadowlark Brewing @ 3970 Pierce Pkwy, Billings, MT 59106
Cost: Attendance to ZooBrews is free. Drinks can be purchased at Meadowlark for an additional price.
