Volunteer Potluck and Decorating Party
December 5th at 6pm
We'll have the decorations ready to go to transform the main building to a winter wonderland and the homestead house to Santa's home. Come out, bring something to share, hang out with other volunteers and the new volunteer coordinator Jenny and have some fun!

We need people to man the Haunted Trails on Friday and Saturday nights from 5-9pm. Our plans have changed from the Haunted House and we'll require a lot more people to help us run it. If you can come at all on Friday or Saturday night (or Saturday day to help with the Kooky Treat Trail), please call Jenny at 652-8100.
Thanks to the volunteers for coming out this weekend for the potluck and helping out with the Halloween decorations, help is really needed.
If you want to sign up to help with Night of the Living Zoo or donate pumpkins or candy, call Jenny at 652-8100.
Volunteer potluck at the Homestead House on Saturday, October 20th at 12pm. Bring your food and friends or family that are willing to help with set up for Night of the Living Zoo. They don’t need to be signed up as a volunteer!
We’ll eat and then get an update on what’s going on for Halloween and what help is needed, a sign up sheet for time slots for Night of the Living Zoo and the Kooky Treat Trail will be available.
Then, we’ll work on some of the props help clean the basement and get set up for the haunted house, and anything else we can think of to help the staff get prepared.
Bring some fun ideas for what would make the event scary and entertaining!
If volunteers know of a business or organization that would like to sponsor a treat booth and staff it for the treat trail, let Jackie, Jenny or Mihail know.
